From application to a morning

How a household joins.

Nothing starts with a stranger at the door. We visit, agree the work in writing, introduce her in person, and only then begin.

1

You apply

Tell us the neighborhood, who lives there, and why the last helpers left. We reply within two days.

2

We visit the home

A manager maps rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms, notes elders or pets, and checks that common-area cameras cover the agreed spaces.

3

You sign the service terms

Plan, monthly fee, days and time window, the checklist, camera rules, and 30 days’ notice to cancel. Payment is monthly in advance.

4

You meet her

The primary House Helper is introduced in person. The first week is watched closely. You rate each morning.

5

Orientation

A proper gathering, not a lecture on a phone call. You and she sign the mutual pledge on the same page.

6

The morning repeats

She checks in, follows your home’s checklist, checks out. You get the times. A Problem rating gets a call within an hour.

If she cannot come

You hear the backup’s name before morning.

She must tell us by 6 pm the day before. We assign someone from the bench and message the household: who is coming, and that the time stays the same.

Unplanned absences are tracked. They are not your problem to solve with a phone call around the colony.

Quality after the visit

We inspect. We do not assume.

In the first three months, each home is checked at least once a month after service: floors, dust, dishes, laundry, bathroom. Later, the visits become quarterly.

Low scores mean retraining. Your daily Good / Okay / Problem replies sit in the same record.
