What we keep from an application.

When you apply as a household or for a job, we store the answers you typed, the time, and the network address of the submission. A copy is emailed to the House Helpers operator so a person can reply. The application form is the way to reach us.

We do not sell applications. We do not use them for advertising lists. We use them to decide whether to visit a home or call a candidate.

Camera footage is not collected by this website. If you become a customer, common-area footage stays on the household’s own system and is reviewed only after a formal concern, under the service terms you sign.

Helper ratings of a household are not published and are not shown back to the household as a raw form. A manager acts on patterns.

To ask for your application to be deleted, write through the apply form and say “delete my application” with the same phone number you used. We will remove the stored copy we control.
